with Vaidya Rajalakshmi Chellapan

Duration: 1 hour – Free admission

Ayurveda, which means “the science of life,” is an ancient wisdom born in India. It teaches harmony between body, mind, and the elements. Rooted in the knowledge of energies, plants, nutrition, and inner awareness, it offers precious keys to living fully, in balance with oneself and with nature.

These meetings are an invitation to explore the foundations of this tradition. In a warm and open space, you will be able to ask questions, share your experiences, and deepen your understanding of this holistic health system.
