Individual Follow-up Session

After a minimum of 2 weeks

Evaluation of progress, refinement of the program, more detailed and tailored advice.
Seasonal adaptation: daily routine, nutrition, herbs, psychological balance.

Fee: 35 to 45 min — €60

Vaidya Rajalakshmi Chellappan is originally from Chennai (formerly Madras). She is an Ayurvedacharya (master of Ayurveda). After seven years of university studies at the M.G.R Medical University in Chennai, she trained with various Vaidyas and Ayurvedic practitioners across India. As a consultant for several Ayurvedic laboratories, she has contributed to the creation of many Ayurvedic formulations. Rajalakshmi has over 15 years of experience as a private Ayurvedic practitioner.
