The Centre védantique Ramakrishna welcomes membership applications from individuals interested in the mission of the Ramakrishna Order, the teachings of Vedānta, and those who wish to support the Centre védantique Ramakrishna through devotion, financial contributions, and service.
Benefits of membership in the Association Centre Védantique Ramakrishna Active membership offers the opportunity to:
- be an integral part of a community of devotees who share your spiritual interests.
- be more involved in the Centre’s activities.
- gain a deeper understanding of the functioning of the Vedantic Centre.
It grants the right to participate in and vote at the annual general meeting of the Centre védantique Ramakrishna.
Commitment of members of the Centre védantique Ramakrishna Association
Members:
- are encouraged to attend lectures, classes, and other events organized by the Centre védantique Ramakrishna, including the annual members’ meeting in Gretz-Armainvilliers.
- commit to paying an annual membership fee at a level of their choosing, starting from €46 or more.
- commit to rendering service to the Vedantic Centre and to the community of residents, members, and visitors. Our ability to serve the Centre and to spread the teachings of Vedānta largely depends on the support of our members.
- commit to upholding the integrity and message of theCentre védantique Ramakrishna.
Membership Application Before applying, we suggest attending lectures and classes at the Centre védantique Ramakrishna for some time, then scheduling an appointment with Swami Atmarupananda for an interview. The interview is free of charge. Members are not required to have received spiritual initiation. To apply for membership, please contact the reception desk at the Centre, where you will be given an application form. A member of the Centre védantique Ramakrishna will get in touch with you to discuss your application or respond to your inquiries.
Membership becomes official upon acceptance by the Board of Directors of the CVR, presided over by Swami Atmarupananda.
