In the chapel every day

Morning meditation from 6:00 to 7:15 am

Worship – Puja from 10:30 am to 12:00 pm

Evening meditation with Arati from 6:00 to 7:00 pm

 

 


Morning Service – 6:00 to 7:15 am

  • Silent meditation (1h)
  • Chanting and reading (15 min)
    • Morning chants include the Guru Stotram and a hymn dedicated to Sri Ramakrishna
    • Readings include one chapter from the Bhagavad Gita, as well as excerpts from the teachings of Swami Vivekananda and Sri Ramakrishna

Puja – 10:30 am to 12:00 pm

  • Worship led by one of the residents
    • Puja is a devotional ceremony in which offerings such as light, incense, flowers, water, or food are symbolically presented to the deity, accompanied by mantra recitations. It is a way to inwardly connect with the Divine through love and reverence.

Evening Service – 6:00 to 7:00 pm

  • Arati and chanting (15 min)
    • Arati is a ritual of light that marks the end of the day. A flame is waved before a sacred image to the sound of devotional chants, symbolizing the offering of our inner light and the reception of divine blessings.
    • Evening chants include “Om Hrim Ritam” and “Sarva Mangala”
    • On Sundays, the chant “Khandana Bhava Bandhana” is added
  • Silent meditation (45 min)
