Open to all – beginners and experienced practitioners
Classes are led by certified teachers who share their practice with kindness and attentiveness. Sessions include postures (asanas), breathing techniques (pranayama), relaxation, and sometimes a short meditation.
The yoga taught here follows the Vedantic tradition: its aim is to harmonize body and mind, calm the thoughts, and create an inner space of peace.
Each session is an invitation to slow down, develop breath awareness, and cultivate inner stillness through conscious movement.
