The Ramakrishna Vedanta Centre is governed by a specific French legal framework (Association Loi 1901) and operates mainly thanks to the efforts of volunteers and financial support of its members. Donations made to the Centre make possible the numerous diverse activities currently on offer, which are made in the service of Man and in the service of Society, in line with the goals of Swami Vivekananda.

Centre Operations

For many years, people of all ages and from all geographical, cultural, and religious backgrounds—free from family obligations—have chosen to share the communal life of a spiritual centre in order to focus on their ideal. This is the case for our residents, all of whom are volunteers.
The Centre operates through the voluntary work of its members, contributions for accommodation, and donations.
